Warehousing
STS Logistics offers a complex of high technology and quality warehousing services on the basis of own terminals and warehousing premises of our strategic partners. We are ready to perform the terminal processing of goods in all cities where STS Logistics offices are located, and to perform responsible storage of goods both for long and short periods of time. All STS Logistics terminals are monitored through modern systems of the WMS types and are provided with the necessary special equipment. On the warehousing premises the possibility of creation of the most favorable and necessary climatic conditions for warehousing exist.
The availability of a warehouse network and of own cross-docking premises allows to the clients of STS Logistics to gather goods from various suppliers for their subsequent transportation in one vehicle (or, for example, in a railway container). In combination with the possibility of partial delivery of freight from the warehouse and regular reporting on the stock, this may represent a real interest for the distributors.
In its general view, the complex of these services includes:
Organization of freight collection and its delivery to the consignee (in Moscow and many other regions of the Russian Federation);
Direct storage;
Loading and unloading works;
Selection and completion of freights;
Marking, packing (soft and hard package);
Determination of the dimensions and weight of the freights;
Drawing up the necessary documents;
Monitoring of freight shelf life;
Other necessary works and services (at client’s request).

Packing and marking of freights at warehousing
Freight packing at the warehouse — this is one of the warehousing services. On the quality and correctness of performance of the packing the integrity of freights and their safety depends. The correctly selected materials for packing ensure additional protection of the goods from the unfavorable conditions of the environment, such as humidity, temperature increasing and decreasing, direct sunrays, and also from various mechanic coercions – possible strokes, falls, etc.
Freight marking at the warehouse — these are inscriptions, conventional signs, bar codes and other marking directly on the production, pack, package or on the sewed, glued or attached labels (tags). The precise and correct marking is a necessary condition guarantee the quality integrity during the freight storage and transportation.
Purpose of marking at warehousing — this is visual information on freight properties helping fulfilling the main requirements during transportation.
LOADING AND UNLOADING DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF WAREHOUSING WORKS
Our employees shall render any warehousing services. Freight loading at the warehouse, freight unloading at the warehouse, order forming, packing, sorting, pre-packing, marking and other types of works. All warehousing processes are controlled not only by systems of warehouse process automation, but also by experienced shift supervisors and stockmen.

In the process of loading – unloading works, the professional employees apply only the most modern and highly technological loading equipment, which regularly passes technical verifications. During the performance of all types of warehousing services, a very important factor for us is the observance of safety measures, which allows avoiding any damages of the freight and job-related accidents.
