Similar conference is held in Moscow for the sixth time and gathers together producers, direct suppliers, providers of wide range of services, and internal transit operators of Automotive Logistics sector. This year the conference took place from 14th to 16th of June in Radission Royal Hotel in Moscow.

On June 9, 2011, in Moscow, the results of the annual rating “Logistics Operator of Russia” were announced and the awarding ceremony took place. For over 9 years, the Rating became the tool for Russian logistics outsourcing market research and analysis. In organizers’ opinion, the Rating “Logistics Operator of Russia” promotes transparency of forwarding-logistics market and facilitates investment generation in national logistics sector of economy.

Annual Meeting of the Board of Directors of OJSC Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding was held in Kazan in the office of the Cabinet Council of Tatarstan Republic. The Holding was in September 1994 under the Decree of the President of Tatarstan Republic as the industrial and financial company unifying all participants of the production chain: oil production - processing – sale of oil products within the Tatarstan Republic. Holding Incorporators are large affiliates of oil and gas chemical complex and the Tatarstan Parliament.

Subject to the letter of recommendation for STS Logistics, since 2005 our company has declared itself as an exclusive customs broker of Land Rover automotive parts, and since 2010, the company has declared itself as an exclusive broker of the famous automobile producing company Jaguar automotive parts, within the borders of the Russian Federation.

The 16th International Logistics and Transportation Exhibition (TRANSRUSSIA-2011) was held through April 29. This traditionally large-scale exhibition had drawn many leading specialists in transportation, warehousing and customs logistics domains of both Russia and other countries. This year Europe, Baltic States, Belarus and Ukraine had been actively represented at the exhibition event.

The President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, had met on April 11 with members of American and Russian Business Council chaired by Edward Verona. Members of American and Russian Business Council comprise over 350 companies operating in different industries. Part of them, including STS Logistics, had already been represented in Tatarstan Republic, as the most financially attractive Russian region. Kirill Vlasov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STS Logistics, had joined the delegation.

From April 26 to April 29 at the Exposition Centre in Krasnaya Presya will take place the 16th international transportation and logistics exhibition (TRANSRUSSIA-2011). This traditionally large-scale event had transformed into the logistics exchange annually visited by leading specialists from Russia, CIS and Baltic states. It is true that TRANSRUSSIA had become the principal business platform for discussion of emerging issues concerning the development of Russian traffic system.
