The main objective of the merger is to establish a holding whose clients may count on more quality and integrated service, expansion of list of services, and responsibility of single logistics operator for the ‘door-to-door’ delivery. STS Logistics put into service International Accounting Standards (IAS). International Financial Reporting Standards has become well renowned worldwide in the recent years. In the end of 2007, after the completion of audit by international certification body BUREAU VERITAS Certification the holding once again proved the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.
E-service is an important component of company’s overall service. The customers are able to address necessary information round the clock via Internet by means of this system. E-service enables customers to customize the system and receive information about cargo location, application, inquiries, payments, etc.
About RLS company
Russian Logistics Service group of companies was established in 1996 by Kirill Vlasov. RLS has its own network of regional representations in 20 cities of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan with its headquarters located in Moscow and provides the entire range of logistic services in the territory of the Russian Federation. The services include cargo transportation by road, air and sea, consolidated shipments, storage and processing of cargo at eleven terminals located in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Vladivostok and Khabarovsk.
